Because we only serve Kent and we do not maintain lifts in London and the other home counties, we can guarantee a genuine ‘same day’ 24 hour call out service whilst maintaining our prices stay extremely competitive.

Not only are we wholly owned, but we are also managed and controlled by highly skilled and experienced lift engineers with a passion for the industry and, with a combined knowledge of over 80 years working within the lift industry, you can rest assured that you will always receive professional advice - We are a lift company run by lift engineers, not accountants!

Our field staff, who are also highly experienced lift engineers, are fully DBS checked and always available to ensure you, the customer, receive only the highest and friendliest service possible.

We not only keep stock of a large amount of regular spares, but also have access to a huge range of specialist lift spares from most manufacturers, meaning we can keep your lift downtime to an absolute minimum.

Although we have always maintained all types of passenger and goods lift, we now also supply and maintain all types of stair lift, bath hoist and mobile hoist and can provide full L.O.L.E.R certification.

Kent Lift Services are also extremely proud to be official spare parts agents for Oxford Hoists and carry a large stock of spares for most other makes of hoist too.
